PROHIBITION OF EXPOSURE: You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, explaining, or revealing the secrets, methods, mechanics, or instructional content of any Henry Harrius Presents product to the general public. This includes, but is not limited to, "exposure" videos, tutorials, or public discussions on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, or any other public/private digital or print media.

  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION: All methods, routines, and instructional materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, re-sale of secrets, or the creation of derivative tutorials is a direct violation of this agreement.

  3. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES & FINANCIAL DAMAGES: Henry Harrius Presents reserves the right to seek maximum legal remedies and significant financial damages for any breach of this confidentiality. You acknowledge that unauthorized exposure causes irreparable harm to the brand’s commercial value and the integrity of the magic community. We will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law to recover lost revenue and punitive damages.

  4. PERMANENT BAN & INDUSTRY SANCTIONS: Any individual found violating these terms will be permanently banned from all future purchases and services. We reserve the right to publicly disclose the identity of the violator and report such breaches to global magic organizations, distributors, and conventions to ensure the offender is blacklisted industry-wide.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
