After-Sales Problem Handling and Return Policy

1. Resolution for Product Issues

For most issues, we require photographic evidence of both the tracking number on the outer packaging and the items received.

Issue Resolution Policy
Discrepancies If goods do not match the order, we will dispatch a replacement upon verification.
Short Shipped Upon confirmation of missing items, we will either replenish the items or issue a refund for the undelivered portion.
Lost Packages If a package is not received within 50 days, contact us at Info@hhpresents.com for a prompt reshipment.
Damaged Products We will replace the item or refund its value, provided the damage was not caused by misuse or failure to follow provided tutorials.

2. Refund Exclusions

We are unable to process refunds, returns, or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to report an issue within 15 days of receipt.

  • Requests made after the product has been dispatched (shipments cannot be intercepted in transit).

  • Damage caused by failure to follow provided tutorials or product misuse.

  • Online teaching services and digital content are strictly non-refundable.

  • Customized or personalized items manufactured specifically to customer specifications.

  • Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery, unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

3. Shipping & Logistics

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • US, UK, Germany, France: 10–20 business days.

    • Other Regions: 10–28 business days.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor shipment progress at www.17track.net using your 4PX carrier number.

  • Heavy Freight & Customs: Items of excessive volume or weight (e.g., Refills Bottle / Cube In Bottle) incur additional freight fees. Customers are solely responsible for all international customs duties, import taxes, and related clearance fees.

4. 14-Day Return Process

You may request a return within 14 days under the following conditions and procedures:

  • How to Initiate a Return: To submit a return request, you must log into your official customer account at https://shopify.com/55083761872/account. We do not accept unauthorized returns sent back without prior system approval.

  • Timeline & Eligibility: The return window opens from the date the last item of your order is delivered and expires exactly 14 days thereafter.

  • Condition: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and with all tags, seals, and protective films fully intact.

  • Return Shipping Window: Once your return request is approved and instructions are provided, you must ship the product back to our designated warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

  • Shipping Costs & Refund of Initial Fees: We will provide the necessary return address and shipping instructions; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt and approval of a valid return, we will refund the product purchase price along with the standard outbound shipping fees initially paid (premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable).

5. Address Changes & Liability

  • Timeline: Shipping address updates or corrections must be completed and confirmed before the product is dispatched from our facility.

  • Liability: If a package is lost, undelivered, or disposed of by the courier due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to an inability to contact the recipient, the customer shall bear full liability for the financial loss.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return shipment is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough standard quality inspection:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection status of your refund based on the item condition.

  2. Approved refunds are automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days from the inspection date.

  3. If you have not received your credit after 15 business days from our approval notification, please verify with your bank or credit card issuer before contacting us at info@hhpresents.com.
